7. Shipping and Delivery

- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. The customer is responsible for any additional customs, duties, or taxes.
8. Return & Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of placement. After this 12-hour window, a cancellation fee of ₹300 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns or refunds are only accepted for defective or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery, with video proof of opening the package. The product needs to be unused, available in the original packaging, and include all accessories from the original packaging along with the proof of purchase.
- We are entitled to view the product before giving any refund. Management will decide whether or not a refund is applicable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
